Any church runs on volunteers, and Unity Church of Rochester is no exception. We welcome your participation in these teams that support our spiritual community:
Silent Prayer Ministry
Each week this group joins together to pray over the requests that are placed in our Prayer box. They first center themselves in the Christ consciousness, and then bless each and every request before sending them on to Silent Unity. When a prayer letter is requested, the team will write and mail a letter confirming their prayers to the requestor. Requests are kept in the prayer box for thirty days and then sent to Silent Unity, where they are kept for an additional thirty days.
Book Room Ministry
Thanks to the efforts of this team, our bookroom welcomes you with a large selection of books to expand your mind, open your heart, and warm your soul. Visit often, as we continue to add new selections. Also available are the Daily Word, Unity Magazine, and other Unity pamphlets and information.
Music Ministry
Every Sunday we enjoy vocal and instrumental sounds led by Jackie Cole. We are blessed with an extremely talented group of soloists who ensure that each service contains uplifting and spiritual music. We also enjoy the sounds of the Unity Singers during holiday times. For more information on current musical events, go here.
Welcome Ministry
When people enter our sanctuary, whether they're new to Unity or regular attendees, this team is there to warmly meet and greet them. They are a group of friendly faces that exhibit and affirm the Christ light we are!

Ways to Help
Recycle your printer cartridges through us. Bring your empty printer cartridges to the church office. When we return them, the church will receive a donation from the company.
Register at Kroger. Kroger has a Community Rewards Program wherein they contribute a small percentage of all purchases from registered Kroger Plus Card holders. You can register your Kroger Plus Card into this program either via the Web or through taking a copy of a scanbar print-out to Kroger's customer service desk. Copies of the scanbar and instructions are available in the Narthex.
Invite a friend to come visit us. You can call them or e-mail them or knock on their door Sunday morning. You can also send them a note through this service: Flockfinder. That link will open another window and take you to another site.
