Which comes out to $14,000 per month.
This ministry is solely supported by your tithes and love offerings. Even though we are spiritually affiliated with Unity School of Christianity and the Association of Unity Churches, we do not receive any financial support from either of them. As a ministry, we practice the laws of tithing by supporting Unity School of Christianity and the Association of Unity Churches, so that the TRUTH that UNITY teaches can continue to be spread throughout the world. We appreciate your continued tithes and love offerings for they make it possible to maintain Unity Church of Rochester as a center where all might have the opportunity to hear the to experience TRUTH from the UNITY point of view. We also appreciate the love for one’s fellow human, and the TRUTH that is demonstrated by including Unity Church of Rochester in your will. This act of love multiples so that it touches the lives of many.
From the Prayer Ministry
If you or a loved one is in need of prayer support, please call the office and allow us to pray with you. Our Prayer Ministry will then pray with you for 30 days or until your need is fulfilled. At the end of 30 days your prayer request will be forwarded to Silent Unity.
No prayer need is too small or insignificant "and all things, whatsoever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive". Matthew 21:22
An Opportunity to Bless Our Church
One of the loving things we can do for our church to ensure its ongoing work of bringing Christ Truth and Love to our community is to remember our church in our wills.
Please consider putting a bequest in your will benefiting your Unity Church of Rochester. If you decide to bless your church in this way, please make sure it is directed to Unity Church of Rochester, 1038 Harding, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.
If the name is not spelled out, but simply states “Unity” the gift will then go to Unity Headquarters in Missouri.

Flowers for the Sanctuary
If you are willing to provide a bouquet or arrangement of flowers from your garden or from a floral shop to bless our sanctuary for the Sunday morning service, please sign up in the Narthex or call the church office. You are invited to take the flowers home with you after the service.
It is a wonderful way to commemorate an event/occasion in your life (wedding, birth, in honor of or in memory of a loved one).
Please have the flowers in place by 10:45 AM. Please take them home after the service or perhaps someone you know would enjoy receiving them.
Caring Friends
Are you or a Unity friend in need of a friendly phone call, visit or "thinking of you" card? If so please call the church office at 248 656 0120 or Dona at 248 642 8497 and our Caring Friends group will be happy to oblige.
VISIT OUR LENDING LIBRARY and BOOK ROOM
A variety of Truth principle and self-help books are available for sale in our Book Room, Positive Pages. Don't see a book you want? We can order it for you!
We have a great selection of Unity books and non-Unity spiritual self-help books available in our Lending Library.
Lending library books can be checked out for a period of one month. In order to better serve everyone who uses the lending library, the library runs on the honor system, please return the books in a timely manner.
A TAX REMINDER
Your love offerings are deductible. We keep records of checks and identifiable cash offerings. Of course, we can't track cash donations unless we know who made the contribution, so you may wish to place cash in an envelope with your name on it.
For your year end giving, please make sure your check is postmarked by December 31.
Please check under your bed and behind the refrigerator for any Lending Library books - there are many that need to be returned.
CDs OF SUNDAY SERVICE
The Sunday service is now available on CD. Sign up and pre-pay in the Book Room for any service that you would like. Cost is $2. 00 to cover the price of the CD.
We're Recycling Printer Cartridges
Bring your empty printer cartridges to the church office. When we return them, the church will receive a donation from the company.
Prayer Request Box
Fill out your prayer request slip and drop it in the Prayer Box located in the hall as you enter the Sanctuary. After a time of prayer these slips are sent to Silent Unity for 30 days. You can also call the church office at 248-656-0120 to make your request known.

The Wingspan is Unity Church of Rochester's bi-monthly newsletter. We are currently revising our policies regarding Internet publication of Wingspan; however, you may sign up to receive a paper copy through this e-mail address: contact@unitychurchofrochester.com and sending us your name and address.
